Feature film

Performed in my first independent feature, a unique adaptation of the Gertrude Stein novella, “Brewsie and Willie”, directed by Rosalind Morris. I played an American G.I. in post-World War II France.

“Telephone Call for Francine Stein” – part of “I LAUGHED, I CRIED: Five Short Plays to Make You Ferklempt” at Workshop Theater Company

I’m currently appearing in a wonderful short play by Laurie Graff at the Workshop Theater, under the brilliant direction of Brad Malow.

I play a philandering businessman in 1960s New York in this bittersweet love story.

First draft of reel is up!

This is a rough draft of a combination theatrical/commercial reel showcasing some of the work I’ve done since coming to New York.

“Standards of Decency 3″ with Blue Coyote Theater Group

I’m about to start a run of the provocatively subtitled “Standards of Decency 3″ evening of short plays with the brilliant folks over at Blue Coyote Theater Group.

I’ve been a fan of their work for a while, so I’m psyched about this show!

“Dear Ruth” for Retro Productions

I immediately followed up “Twelfth Night” with the currently running “Dear Ruth”, with the award-winning company Retro Productions.

I’m playing the cantankerous father of a WWII-era New York family in this very funny comedy.

Tickets available through Ovation.

“Twelfth Night” with The Seeing Place Theater

I’m very excited to be playing Orsino in a unique production of Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night”.

The company’s name comes from the Greek word theatron (“seeing/watching place”) from which we get “theatre”, and their ethos is that the audience should see events and relationships that are happening on stage, rather than being represented. So we are [...]

“What the Butler Saw” for Gallery Players

About to open a two-week run of the fabulous Joe Orton farce “What the Butler Saw” at Gallery Players.

I’m playing the lead role of Dr. Prentice, the psychiatrist whose would-be misbehavior sets all the madness in motion.

It’s promising to be a very funny show! It runs September 11th to 26th in lovely Park [...]

“The Fourth Estate” at NY Fringe Festival

Today is the opening of our 5-show (Fringe Festival limit) run of Glenda Frank’s new play “The Fourth Estate”.

Directed by Rebecca Hengstenberg, and with a great cast, it’s a series of four vignettes relating to journalists and the dangers and challenges they face. I’m fortunate to be in two of the four pieces, playing [...]
